Problems With Shipment:
If your item arrives damaged – contact us (with the form below) right away. We will be happy to fix the problem. We will ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product and we will ship out a new item or issue a full refund as soon as possible!
Item is received with defect(s):
If your item is received and it is not in retail condition as you expected to receive it, contact us (form below) right away. We strive to perform copious inspections prior to shipment of any item to ensure nothing is shipped that isn’t 100% new condition as decribed. Same as above, we will ask to send us a photo of the described problem and we will ship a new item or issue a full refund!
